take longer to ship due to demand or extra time it takes to hand craft your

Shipping Delays:
Holiday periods are the busiest time for us and shipping may take longer due to
increased volume from the carrier. If you have Urgent shipping needs or a
deadline, please Contact Us to enquire about expedited shipping or whether we
can advance your order.
Occasionally we may experience unexpected delays such as:
Supplier/Manufacturer shipping delays (due to high volume), Canadian or U.S
Custom delays, poor weather conditions, incorrect address, postal or carrier
strikes, and custom made orders. Since we ship from various warehouses
throughout the United States and Canada, delivery times may vary.
We Are Not Responsible For Shipping Delays.
Your parcel may be held up at our manufacturer / suppliers
warehouse or awaiting clearance in Customs.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over delays with our various carriers.
Once your order has been processed, we are not responsible for delays once it
leaves our facilities.
Please Note:
We process each order manually, your patience is appreciated.
All / Any orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday
morning. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Rush Delivery:
If you require a Rush delivery call or email us to discuss your options. We will
send you a manual invoice for any Rush delivery orders. Additional shipping
fees will apply.
We Do Not Accept Over Night Orders
Special Requests:
You may include comments on your order.
We cannot accommodate specific delivery instructions, e.g: leave on the front
porch, go next door for delivery etc. We can only determine the method of
shipping not the delivery.
You should leave such messages with your local carrier.
The comment section is a good place to note when you might need the item or
if you would like insurance, for which we will bill you separately.

Returns & Refunds:
All “Opened Box” electronic or electrical products are NOT entitled to an
exchange. If you find that you wish to return a product for any other reason
(prefer a different color or different size etc.), we are happy to make an exchange
and we will adjust the difference in pricing accordingly, if applicable.
Returns Must be authorized by Tina or Wayne in advance within 48 hours after
you receive your order. The actual shipping fees and $4.00 handling charge to
cover the shipping materials would be applied on the exchange product(s). We
apologize, but we cannot subsidize shipping fees on exchange product(s).
You may return an item for exchange providing:
-We have approved your returns.
-All original display packaging or boxes are returned. They are not marked,
written on, damaged or have stickers on them.
-All manuals, instructions, warranty registration cards and parts are returned
-The item is in new condition and has not been used.
-Returns are shipped within 7 days after an RMA (Returned Merchandise
Authorization) number is issued.
-Clearly mark “Return Merchandise” and the RMA number on the return parcel
-We will not incur any charges for duties, taxes etc due to the parcel not being
marked “Return Merchandise to Sender”
-Return shipping fees and insurance is your responsibility.
