Hi Jim, We purchased the Critter Cooler for our two pups at the Petapalooza. My husband just about had a heart attack when he saw what I bought, but it wasn't long before he saw the advantage of such a great device. Less the teething puppy issues, the product is fantastic and has even held up to our 80lb Rotty puppy, which is amazing in itself. I like the convenience of not constantly filling the water bowls and knowing their water isn't boiling outside in this heat. We have the chiller cover and it works great.
